Our aim is for you to receive your purchase just as soon as possible, and we will do our best to deliver it to you within 3 working days once printing has been competed. However, you should allow up to 7 days, especially at busy times. Please email Artwork Network Limited firstname.lastname@example.org if your order is very urgent and requires a next working day despatch. For next day despatch (additional costs will apply), please ensure that you place your order and provide 'Print Ready' artwork before 1pm Monday to Thursday. If you place your order before 1pm on a Friday, your order will be dispatched the next working day, however, please note that delivery will be next working day. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of dispatch.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are included in the purchase price. Please note that delivery is only available through the website to UK (if you live in Europe please email us at deliveryartworknetwork.co.uk for a delivery cost).
We normally use the Royal Mail 2-3 day trackable service within the UK where you are able to request a safe place for the parcel to be left.
In respect of printed stationery, posters, leaflets, flyers and any other printed media, the client is required to proof ALL work prior to printing. Please see section 5 (sub sections 5.16 to 5.19) of our terms and conditions.
Customers must inform us in writing - fax or email - of their decision to cancel PRIOR to commencement of printing.
If reimbursment is authorised, customers' money will be reimbursed within 30 days or less.
The consumer is responsible for paying the postage fees to return unwanted goods.
There are some exceptions to the right to cancel.
Customers can't cancel if the contract if printing has commenced.
Returns / Refunds
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Artwork Network Limited. However, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason it can be returned to us. Items should be returned within 30 days if you would like a refund. The item(s) being returned need to be in perfect condition and in their undamaged and original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been personalised and/or used.
Return postage, packing insurance and direct costs will be the responsibility of the sender, not Artwork Network Limited and cannot be refunded. Please keep proof of posting to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavour to handle all returns or complaints within 3-5 working days. Replacements will be sent free of charge if the item is faulty or damaged as a result of negligence by Artwork Network Limited or by negligence of a carrier used or employed by Artwork Network Limited.
